Simple pricing. Individualized recommendations.
The goal is to determine what you actually need before committing to a larger program. Some people need only an initial review and written recommendations. Others may benefit from supervised water fasting, Emotion-Link work, physical treatment, or ongoing consultation.

Three simple steps.
You do not need to decide in advance which program you need.
Submit your information
Provide your main concerns, history, goals and what you are considering.
Identify the priorities
Determine whether the most useful starting point is fasting, nutrition, physical treatment, Emotion-Link work or a simpler recommendation.
Choose the next step
Proceed only with the level of evaluation, supervision or treatment that makes sense for your situation.
More care is not always better care.
Sometimes the most useful recommendation is a small number of changes that you can implement yourself. More complex situations may require more individualized supervision.
The objective is not to place everyone into the same program. It is to determine the highest-priority factors and the appropriate level of support.
Before extended fasting
Individuals considering longer water-only fasting should complete an individualized review before beginning.
Medication use, overall health, fasting history and other relevant factors may affect whether water fasting is appropriate and how it should be approached.
Ready to determine your next step?
Begin with an initial intake and individualized recommendations rather than guessing which program or protocol you need.
