Your nails, teeth, skin, and hair can offer valuable insight into the health of your internal systems, including digestion, liver function, immune activity, hormone balance, and more. Below is a categorized overview of what your body might be communicating.

Nails

Indicators of liver, thyroid, bone, or nutritional status.

  • Soft, tear easily: Poor stomach digestion. Consider Zypan or Betaine HCl with Calcium Lactate.
  • White lines: May indicate zinc deficiency. Use Zypan or Betaine Calcium Lactate.
